It's all very quick and easy — promise!
- Complete our online order form, where you'll be able to upload photos and describe the work you'd like done to the bag. You'll get an instant quote based on your selection and then choose to either proceed with an order or request a custom quote.
- Once we've reviewed your order, we'll email you instructions for getting your Longchamp bag to us. If you live in Sydney, you'll have the option to drop the bag off at our workshop. Otherwise, you'll be able to drop it off at a local Australia Post office, where it will be packaged and shipped over to us for free.

The time it takes to complete a Longchamp bag repair depends on the work required and the workload in the workshop when the bag is received.
We are generally able to complete basic repairs on Longchamp bags within 2-5 business days of receiving them at the workshop. This extends to 1-2 weeks for most specialist repairs and longer for more complex repairs and restorations.
If you will be using our free shipping service (rather than dropping off and picking up your bag at the workshop), then you should also factor in shipping time via Australia Post. This varies depending on your location, but generally takes no more than a few business days if you're in a metropolitan area and otherwise up to 5 business days (if you're in a regional or remote area).
We use only the highest quality materials, including premium leathers and hardware.
Yes, we stock a wide range of premium leather care products you can use to extend the life of your Longchamp bags. We'd be happy to ship these to you. Simply mention what you're looking for while completing our online order form (if you're also planning to get your bag repaired), or reach out (if you're not planning to get your bag repaired).
Once you submit your online order form, you'll be given a token that allows you to track everything online, throughout the process of getting your Longchamp bag repaired.
And whenever your bag is in transit (whether on its way to our workshop via Australia Post or on the way back to you via courier), you'll have a parcel tracking number and receive real-time shipping notifications by email.
Yes, you can drop off and pick up your bag at our workshop in Martin Place, Sydney provided that:
- You first complete your order online;
- You let us know (in the order form or by follow up email) that you'd like to drop off and/or pick up at the workshop; and
- We have emailed you a ticket that you'll need to print out and hand over at the workshop for ID and proof of payment.
About Longchamp
Founded in Paris in 1948, Longchamp began as a premium leather pipe maker before releasing it’s first handbag collection in 1978. One of the brand’s most famous designs, the Le Pilage (or folding bag) embodies practicality and freshness. Having collaborated with a variety of successful artists and supermodels like Jeremy Scott and Kate Moss to revamp their classic designs, Longchamp has something for everyone.
The zipper on this MCM All-Over backpack was broken and needed replacement. We replaced the damaged zipper with a brand new one to which we attached the original pulls.
