Popular Hermès Shoe Repair Services
We perform all sorts of shoe repair and restoration services, but here are a few of the most popular services we offer for Hermès shoes.
Soles
We restore or repair the soles on Hermès shoes as well as protect them with thin rubber soles that offer far greater longevity and grip than naked leather soles. Learn more about our shoe sole protectors and shoe sole repair services.
Heels
We replace heel tips, shorten heels, replace broken heels, and repair scratched and torn heels, including by re-covering them with new leather. Learn more about our various shoe heel repair services.
Cleaning / restoration
We polish/shine uppers in case of minor scuffing. We clean, condition and even recolour leathers and other materials where they are heavily scuffed, cracked or discoloured. Learn more about our shoe restoration and cleaning services.
Stretching
We mechanically wear in Hermès shoes to stretch the leather and ensure a more comfortable fit, especially around the toes and for those with wider feet.
Inner linings
When linings are torn, most commonly around the wearer's heels or alongside the wearer's toes, we recraft or patch up the lining to reinforce it and prevent further tearing.
Water / stain protection
We treat leather with water and stain protectors to help ensure the leather uppers retain a look no less lively and impressive than that of a brand new pair.

- Once we've reviewed your order, we'll email you instructions for getting your Hermès shoes to us. If you live in Sydney, you'll have the option to drop the shoes off at our workshop. Otherwise, you'll be able to drop them off at a local Australia Post office, where they'll be packaged and shipped over to us for free.
- Once we receive your shoes, we'll repair and return them to you by courier.
The time it takes to complete a Hermès shoe repair depends on the work required and the workload in the workshop when the shoes are received.
We are generally able to complete basic repairs on Hermès shoes within 2-5 business days of receiving them at the workshop. This extends to 1-2 weeks for most specialist repairs and longer for more complex repairs and restorations.
If you will be using our free shipping service (rather than dropping off and picking up your shoes at the workshop), then you should also factor in shipping time via Australia Post. This varies depending on your location, but generally takes no more than a few business days if you're in a metropolitan area and otherwise up to 5 business days (if you're in a regional or remote area).
We use only the highest quality materials, including premium leathers, soles and heel tips — including soles and heel tips made especially for Hermès shoes.
Yes, we stock a wide range of premium leather care products you can use to extend the life of your Hermès shoes. We'd be happy to ship these to you. Simply mention what you're looking for while completing our online order form (if you're also planning to get your shoes repaired), or reach out (if you're not planning to get your shoes repaired).
Once you submit your online order form, you'll be given a token that allows you to track everything online, throughout the process of getting your Hermes shoes repaired.
And whenever your shoes are in transit (whether on their way to our workshop via Australia Post or on the way back to you via courier), you'll have a parcel tracking number and receive real-time shipping notifications by email.
Yes, you can drop off and pick up your shoes at our workshop in Martin Place, Sydney provided that:
- You first complete your order online;
- You let us know (in the order form or by follow up email) that you'd like to drop off and/or pick up at the workshop; and
- We have emailed you a ticket that you'll need to print out and hand over at the workshop for ID and proof of payment.
