This Louis Vuitton Noe shoulder bag was in need of a refresh, with its leather parts showing significant wear and tear. We replaced the top binding and base with new parts custom crafted from vachetta leather.

This otherwise immaculate Chanel bag had been chewed into around the bottom corner and underneath the front flap. We repaired the damage, patching the larger tear, filling the smaller gouges before custom recolouring and refinishing the leather.
This Goyard Artois MM bag was in good shape, but the leather around the top binding and base of the bag was scuffed and discoloured, and the edging along the straps was wearing away. We custom recoloured / refinished the leather and re-waxed the edging on the straps.

This handles on this Coach Peyton bag were heavily worn and tearing apart. We replaced the handles with an entirely new pair that we custom made based on the design of the original handles.
The zipper on this Prada Vitello Daino tote handbag was torn. We removed the damaged zipper and replaced it with an entirely new one, retaining the original Prada zipper runner and zipper pull.
The patent leather handles on this Kate Spade handbag were severely worn, with parts of the glossy varnished surface of the leather having peeled away entirely, leaving the handles sticky and basically unfit for use. We replaced the handles with an entirely new pair.
