These UGG classic tall boots had clearly been well-loved, with the soles worn down and cracking at the ball of the foot and generally looking worse for wear. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered to resole the boots — installing an entirely new pair of durable rubber soles.

Sole replacement

We carefully removed to worn and cracking outermost layer of the old soles, keeping the upper layers (which were still in good shape and firmly attached to the midsoles) in place. We then cut new, durable rubber soles into shape and installed them over the top before carefully sanding around the edges to ensure the perfect fit. The result was a fresh pair of UGG boots with a new lease on life.
